I’ve been following the case of Hector Vargas, and it’s just so difficult to wrap my head around how something like this can happen within a family. It's just baffling to think about how paranoia can drive someone to such violence. Mental health issues need to be addressed more openly, especially within families, as they often go unnoticed or untreated until it’s too late.
