Has anyone else looked into the type of weapon that might have been used in this tragedy? I find it truly puzzling that someone with Corbin's background would have access to any kind of firearm, be it traditional or black powder. The presence of a percussion cap at the scene is a stark reminder of how overlooked these types of weapons can be when discussing firearm regulations. It's devastating to think that Rebecca and Albert's lives could be taken with a weapon that flew under the radar like that. I can't imagine the pain their family must be going through right now, especially knowing that this could have possibly been prevented. Thoughts?

I’ve been thinking a lot about how the tragic loss of Rebecca Frank and Albert Rotz has impacted their community and their families. It’s unimaginable to process something so violent happening in your own home—a place that should be a sanctuary. I didn’t know them personally, but I’ve heard how Rebecca was known for her kindness and Albert for his warmth and wisdom. The fact that they were taken so suddenly and harshly is just so difficult for everyone who loved them. The gathering of friends and family for Rebecca’s service at the funeral home must have been incredibly difficult but also comforting in a way, knowing that so many people cared deeply for them. I hope the community can rally around Rebecca’s family as they try to navigate life without her. Such an unthinkable crime leaves so many questions unanswered, and I just hope they find peace and justice as this investigation unfolds. If anyone has resources or experience on how a community can support families in the aftermath of such a tragedy, please share.
