Hi everyone, I just came across Tamir A. Threadgill's case, and I couldn't stop thinking about the emotional toll these senseless acts of violence have on the families left behind. Tamir was so young, just 20 years old, with so much life ahead of him. It's hard not to think about the milestones he won't get to reach and the moments his family will have to endure without him. The community came together for his service at Lenwood Jones Funeral Home, and it's clear he had a positive impact on those around him. It's comforting to see how his memory is being honored by friends lighting virtual candles and sharing stories online. These acts keep his spirit alive despite the tragedy. I hope justice will be served, but more importantly, I hope his family finds some peace in knowing that Tamir is remembered and celebrated by so many.
