I came across Montera's story, and I can't stop thinking about how excited she must have been about graduating next year and pursuing her dream in the medical field. It's so tragic to imagine someone with so much promise having their life cut short. Her dedication to becoming a medical assistant speaks volumes about her caring nature. I didn't know her personally, but from what I've read, she was someone with the world at her feet. The fact that she was caught up in this terrible situation at such a young age is just devastating. I hope everyone in the Chester community can come together to push for change and ensure these senseless acts don't continue. It's something that needs addressing, as no family should have to go through what Montera's is facing right now. If anyone reading this has memories of Montera they'd like to share, or information that might help police, please don't hesitate to step up. We owe it to her and her loved ones to support them in seeking justice and creating safer spaces for all of our young people.
