Does anyone know if Carl George Brown had any connections to Julia Avenue or if he was just passing through when he was killed? It's really sad to think someone could lose their life like that with seemingly no reason. I know the CMPD has been working on the case, but it's unsettling that they haven't been able to find a solid lead or suspect in all this time. My heart goes out to his family; I can't imagine the pain of not having answers for this long. If anyone has any new info or theories, it would be great to hear. Also, has there been any community effort or vigil for him that might have brought more attention to his case? Hoping for some progress soon.
