Has anyone else been following the case of Mikelle Shawn Bailey's tragic murder? Something that sticks out to me is the speed with which the authorities managed to apprehend both Christopher Street and Demarr Johnson. It sounds like the Roxboro Police Department and the Person County Sheriff's Office really pulled together to make quick arrests. But it makes me wonder, did they have substantial evidence or tips from the community that led to such swift action? It must be so devastating for Mikelle's family, but I hope knowing the authorities are on top of things provides them some comfort. Does anyone have insight into how these investigations typically unfold in smaller communities like Roxboro?
