There's something so eerie about the Middleton Loop area, where Zackary's remains were ultimately found. I can't imagine how unsettling it must be for his loved ones to know that such a place holds the final chapter of Zackary’s life. It makes me think about how hidden and sinister nature can sometimes be – a quiet, secluded area can mask such darkness. It's a painful reminder of the tragic realities that families like the New family have to confront. My thoughts are with them as they navigate through this long and painful process. I hope the community can rally around them to offer support and comfort.
And as for Caudill, it's hard to process how someone can carry the weight of such actions and dwell in the same community. The legal proceedings might bring some form of justice, but nothing can truly make up for the loss of a life filled with potential. Let’s continue to remember Zackary and keep discussing ways to make our communities safer so that we honor him in a meaningful way.
I've been following the Zackary Voshall New case from the start, and this update just leaves me with a mix of emotions. It’s a relief for his family and friends to finally have some answers and for Zach to be found, but it’s also so devastating to see how everything unfolded. One thing that really makes me curious is how Jerry Jonas Caudill ended up cooperating with the investigation in April 2024. Was it remorse, pressure from evidence, or maybe something else entirely?
This cooperation seems crucial to the case, especially given how it led to finding Zach’s remains. It's just so frustrating to think about how things got to this point, but I’m grateful that there’s finally some form of closure for Zack's loved ones. It’s been a long, difficult journey for everyone involved, and I can’t imagine what they’ve been through these past months. Hoping they continue to find strength and support as they process all of this. What are everyone else’s thoughts on this cooperation aspect?
