It's been over a year, and the thought of living in fear without any closure is unimaginable. The idea that someone could just fire into an apartment with children present breaks my heart. I’ve read that communities sometimes hold candlelight vigils to honor victims and bring attention to their cases. Does anyone know if there’s been one for Kwandarrius?
