Has anyone else been thinking about the location of the shooting? It seems like the 12000 block of Highway 130 isn't a typical place you'd expect something like this to occur. I grew up not too far from Maxton, and it's a relatively quiet area, which makes KK's death all the more shocking and unsettling. I'm wondering if anyone has insights into why this location might have been targeted or if anyone has noticed any unusual activities there in the past. It's such an immense tragedy for KK and his family. My heart really goes out to them as they navigate this incredibly trying time. If anyone knows of any community efforts beyond the GoFundMe to support his family or raise awareness, please share. We need to rally behind them and push for answers and justice.
