I just can’t get over the personal connection Phyllis has to the suspect, Jonathan Petty. It's so eerie and tragic at the same time. She remembers him as a polite child from her school bus routes, and now he's wanted for her son’s murder. I can only imagine the mix of emotions she's going through—grief for losing her son and disbelief over what has happened with someone she once knew as a kid. It really makes you think about how paths diverge and choices lead to such devastating outcomes. I truly hope for her sake that Petty turns himself in soon and that she can find some peace in getting the answers she deserves. Sending strength and empathy to Phyllis and the whole Ruff family during this incredibly difficult time.
