I'm really struck by the fact that no formal services were held for Ms. Ebersole. It must be incredibly tough for her family and friends, not having that traditional moment to gather and mourn together. I've been thinking about what that must mean for those left behind; perhaps they chose to grieve privately due to the nature of this tragedy. It's got to be another layer of pain on top of everything. I hope they find some comfort in their own ways and that the Goldsboro Police can bring some answers soon. Stay strong, everyone.
