I recently came across Mica Miller's case and wanted to talk about something that's been on my mind. Does anyone else think there's something strange about the GPS tracker and the slashed tires? It seems like a big oversight to just dismiss these as unrelated to her death, especially given how afraid she was. I've been following this case closely because it hits close to home for a lot of us who feel vulnerable in our own communities. I really feel for Mica's family and friends. It must be incredibly difficult for them, knowing she felt unsafe and had reported harassment multiple times. It just doesn't sit right with me that she was dealing with so much anxiety about being followed and then ends up dead just a few months later. I know the case is closed and has been ruled a suicide, but I can't help but wonder if she had been threatened or felt more danger than she let on. I hope more information comes to light or, at the very least, that her family finds some peace in the future. It's crucial that our systems listen to and protect those who are harassed. Anyone else struggling with these details? Would love to hear your thoughts.
