I still can't get over the senseless tragedy that happened to Sarah Chambers. As someone who lived in the neighborhood for a couple of years, I remember hearing about her work and commitment to making our streets safer. It's devastating that she became a victim of the very violence she spent so much time trying to combat. I've been thinking a lot about the impact this has on our community and how we can prevent something similar from happening again. Does anyone know if there are any memorial events or community gatherings planned in honor of her? I believe coming together as a community could be a step in the right direction to continue what Sarah started and stand strong against the violence that took her life too soon. Let's keep her spirit alive and support her family during this difficult time.
