Hey everyone, I've been following Jason Edward Shuford's case from the start, and something that's really been bugging me is the Owens Mountain Road area where he was last seen. Does anyone know if there were any searches conducted in that region, especially in the days after he went missing? It's been almost five years, and I really hope there's been a thorough search. It's rural and has a lot of dense woods, and I've heard it's tricky terrain. I know it can be hard to cover every inch, but if anybody has any info on whether this area was heavily searched or if there are marshy parts nearby, please share. Maybe it's time for another look? Thanks!
