Hello everyone,

I would like to hear your thoughts regarding the information that has been provided by the Greensboro Police Department.

We have also been told that the cameras at Boston were not working that night. In addition, nearby businesses were reportedly instructed not to share their surveillance footage with anyone.

It is difficult to understand how three different individuals could stop in front of a busy roadway, with eyewitnesses present, yet there is still no information available that helps identify them. We also have not seen any information released to the public that could help identify the vehicle involved.

Today, June 4, 2026, I am asking anyone who was there that night, saw something, or heard anything to please come forward and contact us. Even the smallest detail could help.

We are still seeking justice for Teldrekus. No one deserves to have their life taken from them, and we continue to hope that those responsible will be identified and held accountable.Thank you.

Is there a lot of fear of retaliation in that neighborhood? That might be the reason there has been so little information provided. I am also hoping the police department is keeping information quiet to not tip off the people responsible for this. One can hope.

Still no update from Greensboro police department. Weird how the police let people leave before getting statements, also how can a valet person forget someone’s face when their everyday job is to remember people’s face? Different stories say there was no girl at all and the valet was on it. #JusticeforTeldrekus.

I've been following the tragic case of Teldrekus Young, who was found shot in Greensboro. More than just the circumstances of his untimely passing, something that's been on my mind is the location—right by Boston's House of Jazz. It's eerie to think that such violence could erupt so close to a place known for music and community gathering.
I can only imagine the impact this has had on the people who frequent the area and how unsettling it must feel for those who live nearby. It seems like these incidents are happening more often in spots where folks should feel safe and connected. It’s important for us to band together as a community and stay vigilant, because nobody should feel threatened in their own neighborhood.
Also, if anyone here has ever used Crime Stoppers or similar services, do you have any insights on how effective these channels are? We're all hoping for justice and some closure for Teldrekus's loved ones, and it would be great to hear how these tips can really help an investigation.

Thank you for your interest. He was near Bostons he was at Bostons. He was parked in Valet parking and the guy that own the lot and security went and got him out the club telling him his car needed to be moved bc a lady was saying she couldn’t get out. Why would they go get him if it’s valet parking. Shouldn’t the man doing the parking could have got her out. And who was this lady… nobody can seem to give a description but they talked to her. As soon as he came out a car pulled up 3 guys got out and gunned him down with AKs. Why didn’t the other men get hit? Apparently they got “distracted”. All an inside set up and nobody can tell me any difference. I know my brother and how he move. They was people that he knew that killed him. Close people and I will solve this!!!
