I just came across this harrowing case about Curtis Gregory Lampkin and am honestly left wondering about the ripple effects of past crimes on someone's future. It’s chilling to think that Bethea, with such a significant criminal history, had only been released in 2020 before this horrendous act. It really makes you question the rehabilitation process and what steps are, or perhaps should be, in place to prevent such tragic outcomes. My heart goes out to Curtis's family and friends—no one should have to endure such pain. I hope the continued investigation brings more clarity and that justice is fully served. If anyone comes across more background stories around rehabilitation failures or success, please share. It’s important to delve deeper to prevent future tragedies.
Hey everyone,
I’ve been following the Curtis Gregory Lampkin case, and there’s one detail I can't stop thinking about: the role of surveillance footage in helping solve this awful crime. It's chilling how much these cameras captured and how crucial they were in piecing together what led to such a tragic event. To think that without those cameras in the business park, this case might have been far more challenging to crack.
Curtis’s last moments being documented like that must be really hard for his loved ones. It’s an upsetting reminder of the world we live in, where these forms of violence can be caught on camera—and yet, they’re necessary for justice. My thoughts are with his family and friends during this unimaginable time, and I hope that the forthcoming trial brings them some sense of peace. It would be great to hear any thoughts or theories from others who have been following this case.
