It's truly devastating to read about what happened to Carlos Leiva. His life was senselessly cut short, and I can't imagine the pain his family is going through right now. I keep thinking about the implications for rideshare drivers—being in a position where you're just trying to make an honest living, and suddenly your safety is compromised so tragically. It makes me wonder if there are enough safety measures in place for drivers. Especially considering this was in broad daylight, it's worrying to think about how vulnerable drivers might be to similar situations. My heart goes out to Carlos's family and friends, and I really hope that the investigation picks up some leads soon. It’s so important for the community to come together and support them during this awful time.
