I’ve been following the tragic case of Winston Chee and noticed something curious about the location where it happened. The building at 2020 Albemarle Road isn’t just any apartment complex—there’s been a lot of crime activity reported in that area over the years. I lived in Brooklyn for a spell and always felt that part of Flatbush was a bit isolated once you turned off the main avenues. You have to wonder if Chee knew someone in the building or was perhaps meeting someone there. The fact that no arrests have been made yet is so frustrating. Hoping that anyone who saw something that night will come forward with information. It’s gut-wrenching to think his family and friends are left without answers.
