I can't stop thinking about the community's role in solving Jayden's case. It’s distressing to see how much time has passed without any significant developments or arrests. I'm just a bystander, but it feels like there must be someone out there who knows something—maybe even someone who is scared to come forward. I understand that speaking up can be daunting, but it can really make a difference. Jayden's family deserves closure, and it's frustrating to think that justice feels so out of reach. For those who have any info, no matter how small, your courage in sharing could change everything. Please, let’s come together and help in any way we can.
Hey everyone,
I've been following the tragic case of Thomas "Jayden" Galimore-Rhodes, the young man who was killed near Soldiers Fountain in Poughkeepsie. I came across a few forums talking about the effectiveness of community engagement in solving cases like this, and I wonder if more outreach could help.
It seems like, in some cases, public appeals have really worked. I’m not sure how active Jayden's community engagement efforts have been since the incident. I understand the police and the DA's office are working hard, but maybe local events or campaigns could encourage more people to come forward with info. It’s a close-knit community in Poughkeepsie, and sometimes people hesitate to get involved for fear of reprisal or just not knowing how important one small piece of info might be.
What do you all think about community-focused initiatives helping in cold cases? Maybe if folks in the area could share flyers or organize a vigil or community walk, it could help jog memories or encourage someone to feel safe to speak up.
My thoughts are with Jayden's family and friends during this extremely difficult time. It’s so important that they know they aren’t alone in seeking justice.
Stay safe, everyone.
Hey everyone, I've been following the case of Thomas "Jayden" Galimore-Rhodes and feel compelled to bring up something that might be crucial. It’s been over a year and still no arrests have been made. This young man lost his life in a senseless act of violence, and it feels like the investigation has stalled.
One thing that really stands out to me is the location where Jayden was found. That intersection at Market and Montgomery Streets seems like it would’ve had some sort of surveillance from nearby businesses or traffic cameras. Has there been any mention of video footage being reviewed? It puzzles me that nothing has been released to the public about possible sightings or evidence.
My heart goes out to Jayden’s family and friends who are no doubt grieving and seeking answers about what happened that night. It's so important for folks around that area to come forward if they know anything, even the smallest detail could make a difference. Stay safe out there, everyone. ?
