Has anyone else been thinking about the timing of Tyrell Smith's murder? It's been on my mind how it happened just after midnight. It's such an oddly specific time for something like this to take place, especially near a local bodega where you wouldn't expect that kind of violence. Was it intentional that it was done at that hour when not many people are around, or was it just a crime of opportunity?
Tyrell lived a mere block away, so it’s not like he was out of his comfort zone, and it seems unusual for someone to target a local like him with no apparent gang ties. Maybe the time of night suggests premeditation? Or perhaps there's something more to his delivery driving job that made him a target? Curious what everyone else thinks about why this happened when it did and what, if anything, it might reveal about the motive.

I just can't wrap my head around how someone could do this to Tyrell in what should have been the safety of his own neighborhood. It’s terrifying to think about how he was just going about his life—providing for his family as a hardworking delivery truck driver—and then this happens so close to home.
