Hey everyone,
I've been following the case of Andres Jose Gomez Rodriguez and can’t stop thinking about how close his home was to where the incident occurred. It’s chilling to think he was just a stone's throw away. This makes me wonder about the suspect's movements. Could the proximity suggest the shooter was familiar with Andres or had been watching him?
It’s unsettling to think someone could be so brazen in what appears to be a closely-knit neighborhood. My heart really goes out to Andres' family, who must be grappling with such a tremendous loss while also wondering how safe their community truly is. If anyone has heard or seen anything, please do reach out to the authorities. Just imagine how much peace it could bring to those he left behind.
Stay safe, and let's hope they find whoever did this soon.
I keep thinking about how close to home this was for Andres Gomez Rodriguez. It sounds like he was barely 20 yards from safety when this incredibly senseless act of violence occurred. It’s almost haunting to imagine being that near to reaching your doorstep yet never making it. My heart goes out to his family and anyone else who lives around Popham Avenue. It's times like these that make neighborhoods feel a little less secure. Community safety is so important, and I sincerely hope investigators get to the bottom of this soon. If anyone knows anything or saw something unusual that night, even if it seems insignificant, please reach out to the authorities. Stay safe, everyone.
I've been really thinking about Andres Jose Gomez Rodriguez and his family. It's truly devastating to know that he was taken away so suddenly and violently. I can't even imagine the pain his family is going through, knowing he was just in his car, possibly heading home or out running errands. The fact that the suspect was seen fleeing in a silver Audi is such a crucial detail. Hopefully, someone will come forward with more information about the car or who might have been driving it. Every bit of information could be essential to piecing together what happened that evening. It's so important for anyone with knowledge to speak up so the family can get some answers and justice can be served. If anyone knows anything, no matter how small, please consider contacting the NYPD's Crime Stoppers.
