Has anyone else thought about the timing of Carlos's death in relation to the 9/11 memorial event he was supposed to attend with his mother? It's truly unsettling to think that he was on his way to honor lost lives with his family when his own life was tragically cut short. It makes you wonder about the randomness of it all. My heart goes out to his mother and the rest of his family. I can't imagine the compounded grief they must be feeling right now. Given his love for family, this day was likely very important to him. Let's keep sharing any information we might have — someone out there might know something that could help bring them some closure.
