I've been following Deonta Words' case from early on, and it's incredibly frustrating to see no resolution after all this time. One thing I can't stop thinking about is the importance of community engagement in cases like this. It's encouraging to hear there's a substantial reward for information leading to an arrest, but it makes me wonder if there are other ways the community could be involved or better informed. Sometimes it feels like these cases get media attention early on but lose momentum quickly, leaving families waiting in agony. I hope the community continues to support Deonta's family and that more people come forward with information, regardless of how small it might seem. Surely, someone out there knows something that could bring closure and justice to a grieving family. Thoughts and prayers are with Deonta’s loved ones during this difficult time.
