I recently came across the case of Christopher Gray, and it's been weighing heavily on my mind, especially given the circumstances of his passing. I can't help but think about the security—or lack thereof—in the parking garage where he was found. It's unsettling to imagine that such a violent event could occur in what many consider a routine part of daily life, a place where we often let our guard down. For his family, who must already be going through unimaginable grief, the absence of leads or arrests must only add to their distress. You would think that there would be cameras or some form of surveillance in place that could at least provide some insight into what happened. This incident could be a wake-up call for enhancing security measures in poorly monitored structures, not just in St. Louis but everywhere. I'm hopeful that new information comes to light soon, and my thoughts are with the Gray family as they navigate this difficult time. If a community effort or rally on this issue happens, I'll definitely be supporting it. Christopher's life should prompt us all to think about the security measures we have in place and how they could be improved to prevent future tragedies.
