Hi everyone, This case of Rodney Garner's tragic death has been on my mind, especially considering how beloved he seemed to be by his family and friends. Something I've been thinking about is the location of the incident. The 4200 block of Agnes Avenue—does anyone know if that area was significant to Rodney in any way? Was it a place he frequented, or was he visiting someone specific that evening? It's just puzzling to me why he was at that particular spot.
