Has anyone else been looking into the fire that was set in the other room during the motel incident? I'm curious about Vaughn Perkins's mindset at the time. It seems like setting a fire might have been either a calculated distraction or something else entirely. I've been wondering if there was any connection to the victims, or if it was just a tactic to draw attention away from the primary crime scene. It's so unsettling thinking about the fear and chaos that could have been involved in those last moments. Hoping the authorities can piece it all together soon for the sake of Steven and Tabitha's families. Any insights or similar cases anyone knows about?
