Does anyone else find it deeply concerning how little progress seems to have been made in the case of Siddiq Amin Hooper’s murder? I drive past Plymouth Street and South Munn Avenue frequently, and it's unnerving to think that such a violent crime could still be unresolved after a year and a half. My thoughts are with Siddiq’s family and friends, who must be feeling so frustrated and hurt by the lack of answers. It's really upsetting to hear how neighbors are worried about the safety in their own community. Are there any updates on local initiatives to curb gun violence in the West Ward? It's important that we push for solutions to prevent such tragedies from happening again.
