This case has been weighing on my mind since I first heard about it. I can't stop thinking about Shanelle's two little ones. It must be incredibly difficult for them to comprehend all of this, especially at such a young age. Losing a mother is devastating, regardless of the circumstances, but knowing their father is involved (allegedly, according to the charges) makes it even more unbearable. There were mentions of surveillance footage capturing a vehicle that looked like Alex Blocker's following Shanelle's just before the shooting took place. Does anyone know if there were any prior incidents between them that might have hinted at this tragic turn of events? And the misinformation about his whereabouts makes me wonder if there were any red flags in their relationship that someone might have overlooked. It's easy to say in hindsight, but bringing those learnings out might prevent future tragedies. I hope with all my heart that Shanelle's children are getting the support they desperately need right now from family and friends. If anyone has new insights or info (while respecting the family's privacy), it might help us try to understand this tragedy a bit more.
