Has anyone else been following the case of Luis Guillermo Rosa Rodríguez? I can’t stop thinking about how his warmth and kindness affected so many, and it’s devastating that his life was cut short. While I'm relieved they've finally captured Jamar Jones, the thought of Luis's friends and family having to wait months for justice must have been unbearable. It's so hard to imagine the pain his family has been through, especially having to say goodbye in two separate places—first in Philadelphia and then in the Dominican Republic. For those who knew him, it seems like his smile could truly light up a room. I hope justice brings some semblance of peace to his loved ones. What a reminder of how precious life is.
