Having grown up near the intersection of Kayvee Road and Vickilee Road, this tragedy really hits close to home for me. It's so devastating to hear about what happened to Tyce Jefferson Lewis. From what I've read and heard from people who knew him, Tyce was such a bright spot in his community. It breaks my heart to see youth violence claiming the life of someone so young and full of potential. I can't help but think about his family, especially his brother Darron, and how this must be such a shattering loss for them. I hope authorities are able to gather all the necessary information to fully understand why this happened and to take action that prevents further violence in our community. Anyone with information should absolutely reach out to the police. This has to stop. We need a safer environment for all our young individuals. Let's come together as a community to support each other during this difficult time.
