It's been over nine years since Kadarius "KD" Bailey was senselessly taken from this world, and still, his killer walks free. I can't stop thinking about something KD's friends always mentioned about him - his love for music. It's just so devastating knowing he was doing something he loved, sitting on those stairs with his music, when he was taken from us. A young person simply enjoying a peaceful moment should never end like this. I wonder if that music he adored could hold any clues. Was there something specific about it? Maybe there were others around who heard what was playing and might recall seeing something unusual that night. Living through such a loss, his family and kids have had to navigate life without him. It's incredibly tough to see a case like this remain unsolved for so long. They deserve answers and justice. If you're in the Lake City area or anyone who might know something, please step forward. KD, his children, and his friends and family deserve to know who did this and why. Let's keep spreading awareness and hope we can finally bring justice to KD.
