I've been following the tragic case of Heavonlei KeIda Jae Grant, and I can't help but feel a blend of sadness and confusion over the events that happened. What truly baffles me is the bond being set for Jaiden Litton. I mean, I get that the judicial process has its requirements, but it feels such an important part of the case isn't being discussed. Why was he allowed bond with relatively lenient conditions like home confinement? I know that bonds are meant to ensure appearances at trial, but given the severity of what happened, I figured it would be higher or even outright denied. There are so many questions, and it feels like we're not getting all the details. Was this really just a tragic accident, or is there more beneath the surface that we're missing? It pains me to think of Heavonlei's family and friends having to navigate through this. Just imagining their grief and quest for justice amidst unanswered questions must be a burden I can't begin to understand. If anyone else is following this closely or has insights, I'd appreciate thoughts on why the bond decision appears as it is.
