Hey everyone, This case really got to me, especially when I think about the time it took for Akea M. Faison to be arrested. More than a year passed before she was caught—it's unfathomable how much unrest Carlos Cordova and Carlos Castro-Murillo's families must have felt the entire time. I admire their strength in trusting the process and holding on. The authorities certainly took their time, but it's good to see that persistence eventually paid off. It's a reminder of the patience and endurance these investigations demand, even when the wait feels unbearable. I hope with both suspects now in custody, it provides some semblance of peace for the families, knowing they've made progress toward justice. Anyone else feel like these lengthy investigations must be so emotionally taxing for those left waiting? ?
