Has anyone else been looking into the short-term rental aspect of Michael Ray Jones' case? It’s so eerie to think that he had only been staying there for five days before this tragedy occurred. I've read that sometimes short-term rentals can be less secure since there's a higher turnover, and residents might not know each other well. It got me thinking if that might have played a role in this heartbreaking incident. Maybe someone knew he was there temporarily and took advantage of it? I hope the police are considering this angle. My thoughts are with Mr. Jones' family and friends during this difficult time. If anyone has more info on how this was approached by law enforcement, I'd love to hear it. Stay safe, everyone.

It's been really tough hearing about the tragic loss of Michael Ray Jones. I can't imagine what his family must be going through. I wanted to discuss something that keeps crossing my mind—his short stay at that apartment. He was there just five days before his life was taken. It makes me wonder if he was targeted because he was new to the area or if it was completely random. The idea that someone might have been watching him or took advantage of his unfamiliarity with the neighborhood is chilling. If anyone else is familiar with the area around Floyd Avenue, does it seem unusual or suspicious to have something like this happen there? I hope more witnesses come forward to help piece together what happened. Sending strength to everyone who's missing him dearly. ??
