It's been a while since Johnny Green's name came across my mind, but I recently read that they finally caught the guys involved in the 2015 shooting. This nightmarish event took three lives, and Johnny was one of them. For years, it seemed like justice was out of reach, which must have been incredibly difficult for his family and friends. The coordinated effort by local authorities and U.S. Marshals to apprehend the suspects gives me hope that his loved ones might find some semblance of peace in knowing that justice is in motion. It's really astounding how efforts in cases like this can reignite after being cold for so long. I can't imagine what it takes to keep pushing for answers. I’m grateful to see cases being revisited like this, but it's also a stark reminder of how dark and complicated the world can be. Sending thoughts to all who knew Johnny, Anderson, and Gary – may this bring a modicum of healing.
