I was just reading about Nathan Adams' case, and it’s really challenging to wrap my head around it. The part that sticks with me is how the violence in Atlanta had been escalating during that time. It’s hard not to think about the impact this has on so many families, especially Nathan's. I wonder if there were any community initiatives back then that aimed to address this surge in violence. It feels like those left behind are often stuck waiting for answers while grappling with their grief. If anyone has more context about what steps were taken in the community during 2015 to combat this trend, it would be really insightful. Keeping Nathan's family in my thoughts and hoping for justice soon.
