I’ve been following Brandy Council’s case closely, and my heart really goes out to her family and friends. I wanted to talk about the location of the incident—West 33rd Street in Savannah. It seems like it’s been a challenging area with a lot going on, crime-wise. I wonder if the environment at the time played a part in hindering witnesses from coming forward. It’s just so disheartening to think that the fear of retaliation could be keeping people silent, while Brandy’s family is left without answers. Does anyone know if there have been any efforts to improve the safety and sense of community on that street since the incident? I feel like a more united community might encourage someone to break the silence. It's hard to see something like this remain unsolved for so long. Let’s hope someone out there will finally have the courage to step up and help bring Brandy’s family the justice they so desperately deserve.
