Hey everyone,
I’ve been thinking a lot about how close-knit communities like Rock Hill deal with these unimaginable tragedies, and I'm wondering how the local support systems have been activated in the wake of Dot Brice’s tragic passing. It’s unimaginable to think of the pain her family must be going through, especially with so many children and grandchildren affected by this loss.
Does anyone know if there have been any community vigils or support groups organized to help them through this time? I can't help but feel that in moments like these, the strength and compassion of our communities can really make a difference. It's crucial that the Brice family feels surrounded by care and support from those around them. Any information on local efforts would be greatly appreciated.
Sending prayers and strength to Dot’s family and all who knew her. Let's keep holding them up in our thoughts.
Love,

I’ve been trying to wrap my head around how senseless this tragedy is. I didn’t know Dorothy personally, but reading about her large, loving family and the life she built in Rock Hill really touches me. It’s especially hard to think about the impact this must be having on her children and grandchildren. I can’t even begin to imagine what they’re going through right now.
I keep wondering if there were signs or anything that hinted at this potentially volatile situation. So often in these cases, we find out afterward that there were warning signs. I hope that, as painful as this investigation must be, the answers they uncover can offer some sense of closure to the family. My heart goes out to all of Dorothy’s loved ones and the Rock Hill community. If anyone has more details or thoughts on how we might be able to help support the family, I’d love to hear them.
