Hey everyone, I've been following the case of Renee "Peaches" Martino Goin, and one detail that keeps nagging at me is the location where everything happened — Roosevelt Gardens. Does anyone know if this area has a history of crime, or if there have been similar incidents in the past? It seems like a staggering choice for a teen to carry out such a heinous act there, and I can't help but wonder if there's something more about this place that contributed to the tragedy. On another note, I've read that the teens in the area are getting more involved in crimes like this, and it's really concerning. Sheriff Ravenell's call for community action is definitely needed, but I'm not sure what steps have been taken since this happened. If anyone has updates or thoughts on what could potentially help turn this situation around, I'd love to hear them. It's devastating to think about the impact this has had on Peaches' kids — she seemed like such a devoted mother. We really need to find some solutions to make our communities safer.

The more I read about Renee's tragic passing, the more my heart goes out to her kids and the people who loved her. It’s deeply unsettling to think about a 15-year-old being involved in such a violent act. At 15, most kids are focused on high school stuff, not facing the consequences of something like this. It really makes you wonder what's happening in these young people's lives that leads them down this path. How could the community support families and youth better to prevent such heartbreaking situations? Renee, affectionately known as Peaches, was clearly a beloved individual in her community, and by all accounts, a devoted mother. It’s clear from the memories shared online that her love for her kids was the center of her world. My thoughts are with her children during this incredibly difficult time; losing a parent is unimaginable. Let’s hope there's some community-driven action to address this issue and provide better resources for our youth, maybe even something in the schools to steer them away from violence.
