I was reading through some articles about Ra-Sean Howard's case, and one thing that really stood out to me was the timing—it all happened in the early evening when people are often just getting home from work or spending time with their families. It's just such a chilling thought that life can change so drastically in an instant.
I'm also really curious about the response time of the police and how that might have affected the outcome for the second victim, who somehow managed to drive himself to the hospital.
