Ra-Sean Lamar Howard

On the evening of March 20, 2017, Ra-Sean Lamar Howard, a 27-year-old man from Phoenix, Arizona whose public reports do not specify his race or ethnicity, was shot and killed in a neighborhood near 48th Street and Loop 202.
