I can't stop thinking about the role the community has played in supporting JaQuincy's family through this tough time. It's truly inspiring and shows what a close-knit place Florence is, even in the face of such tragedy. In the neighborhood where JaQuincy lived, people have been coming together for vigils and community meetings to remember him and discuss ways to prevent future violence. It’s these moments of unity that give me hope amid such sadness. Anyone else noticed similar community efforts or have ideas on how we can continue to support the family and push for change? JaQuincy deserved so much more, and I think it’s on all of us to ensure no other family has to endure this pain. ?
