I can’t stop thinking about the absolutely senseless loss of Tony Etheredge and the impact this must have had on everyone who knew and loved him. It’s horrifying to think that his body was moved not once but twice, adding such a grim layer to this tragedy. Losing someone in such a violent way is already devastating, but the disrespect shown by moving his body goes beyond what most of us can even comprehend. My heart goes out to Tony’s friends and family. I hope they find some comfort knowing that those responsible are behind bars and that justice is being pursued. What kind of effect do you think this particular aspect of the case—the relocation of the bodies—has on the families left to mourn? It’s hard to imagine the pain they’re going through right now.
