I'm still thinking about the tragic loss of John Darrick Rumph and something that's been on my mind is the impact this must be having on his loved ones. Just imagining what his family and friends are going through is so tough. It’s hard to grasp how someone’s here one moment and gone the next. I keep reading that witnesses saw Mack return to the house and fire those shots. That image is so unsettling, and I can't help but feel for everyone who cared about John. It's also concerning to think how these traumatic events affect an entire community, not just those directly involved. Sending strength to everyone touched by this.
Has anyone else been thinking about the impact this tragic event is having on the Gaston community? It’s just so distressing to think about how John Darrick Rumph’s life ended so abruptly and violently. I can only imagine the pain his family and friends must be enduring right now.
