I’ve been following Derrick Myers’ case closely, and I can’t get past how the location plays into this tragedy. 200 Rebel Woods Drive is typically a quiet area; it’s hard to wrap my head around such violence happening there. This was a place where people gathered, spent time together, and now it’s marked by such sadness. Derrick’s family and friends must be going through so much right now, and it’s frustrating to know the person responsible hasn’t been caught. It’s a humble reminder that no place is immune to violence. My heart really goes out to his children and grandchildren. I hope someone will come forward with info that could help the investigation. If you know anything, please reach out to Crime Stoppers. Every bit of information can aid in bringing justice for Derrick.
