Just read through some details of the Terry Lewis case in Natchez, and it's just so incredibly sad. Something that's really been on my mind is the atmosphere in the courtroom during Adrian Brown's trial. The emotional intensity must have been through the roof for everyone involved. I can't imagine what it would be like for Terry's family having to sit there and relive that night, and then for Adrian too, understanding the weight of what happened and what he's facing. Having the trial last only about 40 minutes seems really quick, and I wonder how much that affected both families. It's a reminder of how an event that took less than a minute can change lives forever. Anyone else caught something interesting during the trial, or know more about how the families are holding up? My thoughts are with all those affected.
