Has anyone else considered the vehicle angle in Monecia’s case? I’ve read that there were no known suspects or motives, but what about the cars that were in the area around the time of the shooting? With so many driveways and side streets nearby, it’s possible someone saw or heard something from their car but didn’t realize the significance at the time. Surveillance footage from traffic cameras could provide crucial details about any vehicles that passed through the neighborhood around 12:30 a.m. on July 2nd. I hope the Flint PD is looking into this. It’s so painful to think of Monecia’s family and friends waiting for answers. If any locals remember anything unusual about cars or people coming and going that night, it might be worth reaching out to Detective Sergeant Terrence Walker or anonymously through Crime Stoppers. Sometimes the smallest detail can lead to a big break. Thoughts?
Has anyone looked into the personal relationships Monecia might have had leading up to that tragic night? I can't help but wonder if there's more we could uncover by piecing together who she interacted with in the days before July 2nd. Has anyone heard or seen anything about a neighbor's surveillance cameras capturing footage from that night on Chatham Drive? With how common home security cameras are these days, you'd think maybe there'd be something helpful there. I feel so much for Monecia's family; it's got to be incredibly tough not having answers. If anyone knows residents in that area, maybe encourage them to check their footage around that time?
