Hey everyone,
I've been digging through some of the details surrounding Chana Kay Redden's murder, and something keeps bothering me about that initial welfare check on July 4. I can't help but wonder what might have been different if the responding officers had entered the home that day. I get that they probably didn't have enough to go on at that point, but it just makes me think about how crucial those early hours or days can be in an investigation. My heart goes out to her family, especially knowing that they were the ones who raised the alarm. This must be a really tough time for them, not just dealing with their loss, but also the uncertainty of not knowing who did this. I'm hoping someone in the community comes forward with the information that can help bring some justice for Chana. Stay safe, folks.
Has anyone else been following the case of Chana Kay Redden from Kalamazoo? What really stands out to me is the timing of the welfare check on July 4. It just makes me wonder if anything could have been done differently. I know hindsight is 20/20, but it's tough to think about missed opportunities to possibly save a life. From what I've read, the officers didn't enter the home during that check. It breaks my heart to think that maybe she was already gone and nobody knew until days later. I really feel for her family and the neighbors who had to experience this horror so close to home. It's difficult to imagine the fear in the community right now with the rise in homicides, especially for those living nearby. If anyone has connections to this case or knows more, I hope they feel compelled to come forward and help police get some answers.

I really feel for her family, knowing that she could have been found sooner. The thought of her being there all that time is just so sad. I can't imagine how her loved ones must be feeling, wrestling with the idea that things might have turned out differently. I hope the community stays vigilant and supports the efforts to bring justice to Chana. Every bit of information could be crucial at this stage, and hopefully someone will come forward with something that leads to answers.
