Hey everyone,
I've been following the tragic cases of Malik Eubanks and Anayia Rodriguez and wanted to discuss something that's been on my mind. It's about the little details we often overlook when these horrors unfold—like the child involved in Malik's case. The thought of Malik's young son wandering alone and covered in blood sends chills down my spine. It's not just his father who was taken from him; this little boy has to carry a narrative he likely doesn't even understand yet. While authorities work hard to piece everything together, I can't help but hope there are services and support systems in place for this child—he deserves all the love and care in the world to help him heal.
The web of grief cast by these events keeps growing, and with the charges against Casey Harmon Jr., there’s a glimmer of hope for justice. But truthfully, I think a lot about how we, as a community, can offer tangible support for survivors, particularly the youngest ones. Has anyone heard if any organizations are stepping in to assist? Or if there's any fund or community effort to make sure this child, and others in similar situations, receive professional counseling and ongoing emotional support?
Sending strength and compassion to everyone affected.
