I just can't wrap my head around how this could happen to someone like Chasity. I've read that domestic violence often goes unnoticed until it's too late, and I wonder if there were any signs before this tragedy occurred. It makes me think about how many people might be silently suffering in similar situations, too scared or unable to reach out for help.
Chasity was so deeply cherished by those who knew her, and I can't imagine the pain her family is going through. Losing a loved one to such a senseless act of violence is devastating. I hope more awareness and resources for domestic violence victims come from this, so others might be spared from similar tragedy. Sending all my thoughts to Chasity's family and friends right now. ?
